Professional multi-tasking teams (cleaning + minor repairs + water/linen coordination) will work onboard at hourly intervals or as needed, with real-time AI quality monitoring from control centres and strict service-level agreements. Phase 1 covers 80 high-traffic long-distance trains (starting with 4-5 per zone), scaling nationwide over 3 years. Focus is on origin-to-destination hygiene, toilets, bins, and safety equipment checks.
