Ram Janm, who is presently posted as Chief Administrative Officer (Construction)/North (CAO(C)/North), East Central Railway (ECR), has been transferred to East Coast Railway (ECoR) and posted as Chief Project Director (CPD), SD.  He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
