AL Prabhakar, who is presently posted as Principal Chief Materials Manager (PCMM), Southern Railway (SR), has been transferred to Railway Board and appointed as Additional Member/Railway Stores (General), Railway Board. He is an Indian Railway Stores Service (IRSS) officer.
