Yatendra Kumar, who is presently posted as Principal Chief Electrical Engineer (PCEE), North Central Railway (NCR), has been posted as Principal Chief Safety Officer (PCSO), on the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
