Screenshot and LTC claiming saga

It is a very stupid thing to expect someone to take a screenshot and preserve it for claiming LTC. Such data should be retained by the government or there should be faith on the government servant. With rapidly changing fares and also strange rules, a booking becomes a huge task by itself. Even for LTC, a convenient time should not be sacrificed for cheapest fare.
