R Mohanraja, who is presently working as Principal Chief Personnel Officer (PCPO), Integral Coach Factory (ICF), has been transferred to Southern Railway (SR) and posted as Principal Chief Personnel Officer (PCPO). He is an Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS) officer.
