Why government is taking unnecessary 18 months for recommendation the 8th pay commission?

Why government is taking unnecessary 18 months for recommendation the 8th pay commission. Already everything is pay matrix and just to decide fitment factor. The 7th pay commission we loss 18+6 months HRA  arrears, unnecessary drag the issue and poor government employees lose the arrears. Last pay commission DA is 135+ and now DA is hardly around 60 percent. What can we expect in 8th pay commission. Nothing more and expectations are very less. 01.01.2026 DA not been announced till now and we are calculating 8th cpc arrears.

Attempt to reduce Govt bank

This is an attempt to reduce Govt bank in the view of implicitly support private bank owners. To strengthen bank government should allow it to function as independent body, BJP Govt waived in written off the money of SBI 14 thousand crore for adani then how it will be profitable?

I don't think it'd be a wise move. Every entity should be allowed to flourish separately. Primarily, it is a move to bring people’s money in one or a few banks which surpasses the 5 lakh limit according to DGCA  threshold
