ECI shifts Avinash Kumar as IG, Intelligence, Tamil Nadu (UPDATED)
The Election Commission of India (ECI) has shifted Avinash Kumar and posted him as Inspector General of Police, Intelligence in Tamil Nadu. He is a 2004 batch IPS officer of Tamil Nadu cadre.
