Rare year

It is a rare year where we see four change-of-commands. Vice Adm. Swaminathan as CNS (Navy), Lt Gen. Dhiraj Seth as COAS (Army). I don't know about the IAF but I think current VCAS Air Msgl. Nagesh Kapoor will be promoted. As for CDS, it's yet to be decisively known (but maybe Lt Gen. NS Subramani or Vice Adm. SJ Singh)
