Manish Kumar, who is presently serving as Chief Administrative Officer/GLP (CAO/GLP), East Central Railway (ECR), has been transferred to Banaras Locomotive Works (BLW) and posted as Principal Chief Electrical Engineer (PCEE). He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
