True, specifically after Modi, govt failed to privatise LIC owned IDBI Bank in 2026 (due to the fact that both received bids were below the reserve price), it has started hiring experts from the private sector for executive director positions in 12 govt banks. This will reduce promotion aspects, for permanent employees of these 12 govt banks.

The fact is that AAP has not been able to deliver on its promises in Punjab and the law and order has worsened under their govt. The CM is a joke. So it is a very tough battle. The opposition has a very good chance to take advantage of the anti-incumbency.
