HUDCO, the Navratna CPSE under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, reported its highest-ever financial performance for FY 2025-26, driven by strong growth in sanctions, disbursements and loan book expansion.

The company posted a record net profit of ₹4,034.37 crore during the year. Loan sanctions rose 29 per cent year-on-year to ₹1.64 lakh crore, while disbursements increased 28 per cent to ₹51,194 crore. HUDCO’s loan book also grew 29 per cent to ₹1.60 lakh crore, with net NPAs declining sharply to 0.05 per cent from 0.25 per cent in FY25.

CMD Sanjay Kulshrestha said HUDCO achieved its FY26 market guidance of a ₹1.50 lakh crore loan book by the third quarter itself. He added that the company continues to focus on reforms, digital initiatives, ESG implementation and stressed asset resolution to sustain growth.

HUDCO has also launched the Urban Invest Window (UiWIN) to support sustainable urban infrastructure projects in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities and expanded PPP financing across roads, real estate, energy, airports and seaports.
