Indian Army Strategic Guidelines 2047
COAS Gen Upendra Dwivedi released Indian Army Strategic Guidelines 2047, drawn from Defence Forces Vision 2047. It outlines capability development, force modernisation, organisational transformation, and operational preparedness for a "future-ready" Army aligned with Viksit Bharat 2047. It includes emphasis on Multi-Domain Operations, networking, and data centricity (2026 designated as "Year of Networking and Data Centricity").
