Anjana Luthra has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer,  Power Grid Corporation of India Limited. Prior to this, she was serving as General Manager (Company Secretariat). Also, Venkata Subrahamanayam Vallurie has taken over as Chief Financial Officer .
