Three IAS officers have been shifted in Punjab. Paramjit Singh has been posted as Special Secretary, Water Resources, while Mrs Neeru Katyal Gupta joins as Special Secretary, General Administration and Coordination. Besides, Ojasvi will be appointed as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana.
