As many as 16 IAS officers have been reshuffled in Bihar. Animesh Kumar Parashar, MD, Bihar Urban Infrastructure Development Corporation, has been assigned the additional charge of Secretary, Urban Development and Housing Department, while Shirshat Kapil Ashok is appointed Managing Director, COMFED, Patna, while Nilesh Ramchandra Deore, Special Secretary, Civil Aviation, will handle the additional charge of Special Secretary, Urban Development and Housing Department. 

Similarly, Naval Kishore Chaudhary has been posted as Managing Director, Bihar State Transmission Company Limited, Patna; Navdeep as Special Secretary, Department of Youth Employment and Skill Development; Pawan Kumar Sinha as Special Secretary, Higher Education Department; Saurabh Jorwal, MD, South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited, has been given the additional charge of Bihar State Road Development Corporation Limited; Kumar Mangalam will join as Secretary, Revenue Board, Bihar, Patna and Prashant Kumar CH, Additional Chief Election Officer, will hold the additional charge of Project Director, Bihar Education Project Council.

Further, Vishal Raj has been appointed as Managing Director, Bihar State Power Generation Company Limited; Sparsh Gupta as Additional Executive Director, State Health Society, Patna; Shreshth Anupam as Joint Secretary, Finance Department; Abhishek Palasiya, Joint Secretary, Road Construction Department; Pradeep Singh as Joint Secretary, Tourism Department; Kumar Nishant Vivek as Director, Primary Education and Mrs Ananya Singh has been entrusted the responsibility of Additional Chief Executive Officer, Jeevika, Rural Development Department, and assigned the additional charge of Commissioner, MGNREGA.
