Mahesh Dixit appointed Director, Intelligence Bureau
The Government has gone by seniority.The ACC has approved the appointment of Mahesh Dixit, Special Director, Intelligence Bureau, as Director, Intelligence Bureau, for a tenure of two years. He is a 1993-batch IPS officer of AP cadre. He is considered an expert in counter-terrorism, internal security and intelligence operations.
