Tamil Nadu CM Chairs Historic Joint Conference of Civil and Police Officers (UPDATED)
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay chaired a two-day joint conference of District Collectors and senior police officials at the Secretariat. In a first-of-its-kind gathering, IAS, IPS, and IFS officers came together to review 43 critical governance issues, focusing on law and order, anti-drug measures, women’s safety, and implementation of state welfare programs. The meeting was attended by Superintendents of Police (SPs), DIGs, the DGP, and heads of various government departments.
