A tough and challenging job to Ravi Mittal
Infact Ravi Mittal was to be elevated as Secretary - Financial Services because of his hard work in the Department. But due to his qualities, 1986 batch IAS officer of Bihar cadre, Mittal was asked for more difficult and challenging job of Secretary Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
