CBIC has assigned the additional charge of ADG, DGPM, Delhi to Vinay Kumar Singh.  He is presently posted in Lucknow as ADG, Vigilance. He is an IRS (C&CE) officer. He will supervise the implementation of e-office project of CBIC.
