The Board of Directors of Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC) chaired by M P Mall in its meeting held on Friday, July 10, 2020, has approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2020 (as recommended by the Audit Committee) alongwith Auditors' Report thereon. It recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 2.50/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2019-2020 (@ 25% of the paid-up share capital of Rs. 160 cr.) subject to the approval of shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. This Final Dividend is in addition to the Interim Dividend declared at Rs.10/- per share of face value of Rs. 10/- each (100% of the paid-up share capital of Rs. 160 cr) already paid in February, 2020. In view of the above, please find enclosed herewith the copy of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2020 along with Auditors Report and Declaration regarding unmodified opinion on Auditors Report.
