BMC refuses to release IPS officer Vinay Tiwari from captivity (UPDATED)
The Bombay Municipal Corporation (BMC) has turned down the request of Patna’s Inspector General of Police for releasing SP level IPS officer, Vinay Tiwari from its captivity. Bihar DG, Gupteshwar Pandey shared it on social media.
