Surendra Prasad Yadav has been appointed as Part-Time Official Director (Government Nominee Director) of Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers Limited by the Ministry of Defence. He assumed the position with effect from September 14, 2020. Meanwhile, Bharat Bhushan and Kanwaljit Deol have ceased to be Part-Time Non-Official Directors (Independent Directors) of the company following the completion of their tenure.
