On return from leave, V. Rama Manohara Rao, IRAS is posted as Special Secretary to Government, Municipal Administration & Urban Development Department and also placed on FAC to the post of Special Commissioner, Capital Region Development Authority, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, until further orders.
