Hari Krishna Dwivedi to be new Chief Secretary of West Bengal ?

West Bengal Chief Secretary Alpan Bandopadhyay who has been deputed to Centre three days before his retirement.Earlier there were reports that he has been granted three months extension beginning June 1. In case he goes in all probability Hari Krishna Dwivedi will be new Chief Secretary of West Bengal. He is 1988 batch IAS officer.
