Harish Gupta, who is presently posted in Central Organisation for Railway Electrification (CORE), has been transferred to North Western Railway (NWR) on his own request and posted as Principal Chief Material Manager (PCMM). He is an Indian Railway Stores Service (IRSS) officer.
