FSIB to suggest a performance appraisal system in PSBs
The newly-formed Financial Services Institutions Bureau (FSIB), which has replaced the Banks Board Bureau (BBB), will advise the Government on a suitable performance appraisal system for whole-time directors (WTDs) and non-executive chairpersons (NECs) in public sector banks (PSBs), financial institutions and public sector insurers. It will also advise the Government on evolving suitable training and development programs for management personnel.
