WAPCOS signs agreement with National Housing Development Corporation Limited (NHDCL), Royal Government of Bhutan as Project Implementation Assistance Consultant (PIAC) for prestigious Asian Development Bank (ADB) funded Green and Resilient Affordable Housing Sector Project (GRAHP), at Thimphu, Bhutan on 9th August 22. The agreement was signed between Rinchen Wangdi, Chief Executive Officer, NHDCL and S M Thakurdesai, Team Leader, WAPCOS in the presence of Karchung, Project Director, NHDCL and Amit Gawande, Additional Chief Engineer, WAPCOS and other senior officials from both sides.
