11 CSS officers empanelled as Joint Secretary in GoI

As many as 11 officers of Central Secretariat Service (CSS) (SSGSL: 2016) have been empanelled for holding Joint Secretary or equivalent posts in Government of India. They are: E Robert Singh, G Parthasarathi, Rahul Kashyap, H Kam Suanthang, Anant Kishore Saran, Ghulam Mustafa, Gopal Sadhwani, Anil Subramaniam, Sumita Singh, Shyama Prasad Roy and S Rukmani.
