17 IAS officers retiring in April

As many as 17 IAS officers of various cadres and batches are retiring in April, 2019. They include: Bhagwan Das of Jharkhand; Subrata Biswas and V Sanal Kumar of Kerala; S Suhail Ali and Dayal Das Agrawal of Madhya Pradesh;  H Deleep Singh of Manipur; Dhiren Kumar Patnaik, Purusottam Sahoo, Pravat Kumar Lenka, Hari Ballav Mishra, Premanidhi Seth, Prasanta Kumar Das of Odisha; K Gnanadesikan,   R Venkatesan of Tamil Nadu;  P Satyanarayan Reddy of Telangana; Dr Prabhat Kumar of Uttar Pradesh and Manabendra Chakravarty of West Bengal
