1962 batch IAS officer Sudhir Kumar Biswas passes away
The 1962 batch IAS officer UP cadre, Sudhir Kumar Biswas passed away in Kolkata the other day. He is survived by his wife and sons Subrata Biswas IAS & Sushmit Biswas IPS and daughter Nivedita Biswas IRS. A condolence meeting was organised by UP Officer Association in Lucknow.
