2 IRS officers transferred

The CBIC has transferred two IRS (C&IT) officers. K N Raghvan has been transferred from Pune to Faridanad as DG, NACIN and Manoj Arora is going to Thiruvanathapuram GST & CX one.  Both are 1990 batch officers.
