3 members of Non-SCS of Tamil Nadu promoted to IAS

Three members of Non-State Civil Service of Tamil Nadu: S Malathi Helen, G Ravikumar and N Mirunalini have been promoted to IAS against the Select List of 2023 and allocated TN Cadre.
