4 IAS officers promoted as Secretary in Assam

Four IAS officers of the 2013 batch in Assam have been promoted to the rank of Secretary to the Government of Assam. The officers are: Mrs J Keerthi, Kailash Karthik N, Dr Jeevan B and Pawar Narsing Sambhaji.
