4 IPS officers of 2004 batch promoted to IGP grade in UT cadre

For officers of Indian Police Service of 2004 batch: P N Khrimey, Hibu Tamang, Issac Pertin and Mari Riba have been promoted to the Inspector General of Police (IGP) grade in AGMUT cadre.
