A K Sirohi appointed PCMM, SWR

Arvind Kumar Sirohi, who is presently posted in Northern Railway (NR), has been transferred to South Western Railway (SWR), and appointed as Principal Chief Materials Manager (PCMM) (PHOD). He is an Indian Railway Stores Service (IRSS) officer.
