AGMUT cadre movement remains relevant to Mizoram

Because Mizoram is part of the AGMUT cadre, the September 3 transfer of three AGMUT IAS officers from J&K to Arunachal is also relevant to the state’s wider cadre-management picture. The MHA order was circulated to Mizoram among the concerned AGMUT administrations.
