AK Singh posted as CBE, ECoR

Anand Kumar Singh - who is presently posted on East Coast Railway (ECoR) - has been appointed in higher administrative grade (HAG) and posted as Chief Bridge Engineer (CBE) on the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer
