Andhra Bank MD & CEO J Packirisamy could be made OSD, UBI

There are whispers that J Packirisamy, MD & CEO of Andhra Bank may be appointed as  Whole-time Director and OSD in Union Bank of India.The file is under discussion in Finance Ministry.
