Anish Shah to take over as MD and CEO of M&M

Mahindra & Mahindra Deputy Managing Director (DMD) and Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Dr. Anish Shah is set to take over as Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company with effect from April 2, 2021. He will succeed Dr. Pawan Goenka, who is retiring on April 2, 2021.

In a statement, the company said that Anand Mahindra will transition to the role of Non-Executive Chairman in November, whereupon Dr. Anish Shah will become the first professional MD and CEO to have complete oversight of and responsibility for the Mahindra Group businesses.
