Any member of the general public having no criminal background and case may take a selfie with the DRM of Waltair Division - East Coast Railway during functions. Besides, any railway employee who did remarkable work for Railway can also take selfie but influence peddlers, name droppers and ex-employees with murky back grounds of any denomination will be kept at bay.
