Appointments in Innocorp Ltd

Neralla Seshagiri Rao and Alapati Venkata Narasimha Rao have been appointed as Independent Directors of Innocorp Limited. Besides, Ms Saraswathi Kovelamudi has resigned as Director while Venkaiah Doniparthi and Subrahmanyam Cherukuri have stepped down as Independent Directors.
