Surendra Kumar Bhagat and Rajesh Tuteja have been appointed as Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent) of Swiss Military Consumer Goods Limited. Besides,  Umong Sethi and Mrs. Neena Sethi have resigned from the position of Independent Directors of the company.
