AS Rao granted HAG

AS Rao, who is presently working as Principal Chief Commercial Manager (PCCM) (CHOD) in South Western Railway (SWR), has been granted  higher administrative grade (HAG) on the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer.
