Ashok Lavasa yet to resign

Election Commissioner Ashok Lavasa, 1980 Batch retired IAS officer  who has been appointed Vice-President of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) is yet to resign. He has to succeed Diwakar Gupta, whose term ends on August 31.
