Assam govt proposes to re-engage Vikram Dev Sharma as Special Secretary

The Assam Government has proposed to re-engage Vikram Dev Sharma, ACS (Assam 1995), Secretary, Personnel Department, as Special Secretary in the same department for six months from 1 November 2026, following his superannuation on 31 October 2026. The re-engagement is subject to approval of the Cabinet.
