At last CS, Delhi is relieved

Anshu Prakash, CS, Delhi is joining GoI. He has been appointed Addl Secretary in the Deptt of Telecom. He is a 1986 batch AGMUT cadre IAS officer. He was not having good relations with the AAP govt and was keen to join GoI.
