Babul Barman posted as ADRM, Kharagpur

Babul Barman, who is presently serving in South Eastern Railway (SER), has been posted as Additional Divisional Railway Manager (ADRM), Kharagpur (KGP) on the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
