Baron Infotech appoints Sridhar Muppidi CMD under NCLT resolution plan

Sridhar Muppidi has been appointed as an Additional Director and designated as Chairman and Managing Director of Baron Infotech Limited as part of the implementation of the resolution plan approved by the NCLT. Meanwhile, Sreeram Reddy Vanga has been appointed as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, while D Gautam Sawang, Biyyala Venkata Papa Rao and Ramachandra Rao Damera have been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors.
