Bhalla to take over as Secretary, New & New Renewable on Nov 1

Bhupinder Singh Bhalla will be taking over the charge as Secretary, Ministry of New and Renewable Energy on November 1, 2022. He is a 1990 batch IAS officer of UT cadre.
